When the Insurance Company called you to our home in Port Austin, I had my doubts, and was not sure what to expect. We had a frozen water pipe inside and approximately 80,000 gallons went thru the first and second floors to all areas of the house.

When your company arrived and began work, I asked questions as your employees working on drying out my home and were helpful in answering these concerns. Last week two of your gentlemen came to my home to clean my carpet, I'm just here to tell you how pleased I am with your service and your product. After moving into my new home, I never dreamed that this carpet that had not been cleaned in 15 years would be salvageable. It was stained and had a very dingy film, I'm assuming from the gas heat, but your servicemen did such a thorough, professional job the carpet is just like brand new.
