Aladdin's Three Level Pricing System
Our three level pricing system is unique and a standard we apply to all jobs. Below is an example of how it would be applied to structural cleaning for a home after a fire.
Here is how it works:
Take a look at the sample house below. This house experienced a fire in the kitchen area. The fire began on the stove and before long the cabinets above and items on the counters were engulfed in flames. The fire lasted just under five minutes and was extinguished by the homeowner using a nearby fire extinguisher.
The area that was effected the most is the kitchen. On the example floor plan the area shaded in red represents the fire-damaged area, yellow is extensive smoke damage, and gray is light smoke damage. Move your cursor over the rooms to see the damage.
Because the kitchen has more damage than the living room and the hallways we believe that cleaning prices should be different. Using Xactware, an industry standard software program for estimating restoration costs, we will issue three different prices for the individual areas.
The kitchen area will require more time, effort, and methods to restore so it will be the highest priced area. The breakfast nook was only damaged by smoke and will be easier to clean, so it will not be charged at the same rate as the kitchen. The living room was only slightly damaged by smoke and will be even easier to clean, so it will be charged a rate lower than the breakfast nook.
This system is also used on contents cleaning. Items that are not as heavily damaged as others will be billed at a lesser rate for cleaning.
