Aladdin's Structural Cleaning
Aladdin’s trained and certified technicians are able to clean a structure from top to bottom along with all contents. Usually the process begins with cleaning the HVAC system. Cleaning the ducts reduces the risk of recontamination throughout the rest of the property. Aladdin's is able to offer duct cleaning services through our sister company, Michigan Air Duct Cleaning. We are then able to analyze the ceilings and walls to determine the extent of the damage. Once the extent of the damage has been determined, we are able to clean the structure and contents as needed.
Aladdin’s technicians are trained to use specialized cleaning techniques that can often prevent the need and added expense of repainting. If the extent of the damage is such that repainting is necessary, Aladdin’s will prepare the surfaces to be painted and provide a professional finish. Carpet and upholstery can be cleaned and deodorized utilizing wet or dry cleaning methods. All of this is performed while paying particular attention to the sensitivities of the homeowner.
In some cases, reconstruction will be necessary before the property can be inhabitable again. In such circumstances, Aladdin’s offers a supervised moving crew to pack out the contents of the home and bring them back to our facility. Once the contents arrive they are carefully cleaned, deodorized and repacked. They are then placed in storage vaults and sealed up to await their return. The individual storage vaults are kept in our temperature-controlled facility with a capacity of over 15,000 square feet of storage area. When the property is again inhabitable, Aladdin’s will carefully return the cleaned items back to the owner so life can pick up where it left off!
