Instructions For First Time Login
CVAT or Claims Virtual Adjusting Technology is the best way to follow the status of your claims 24 hours a day over the internet as the work is being done.

 When you login to the CVAT website for the first time you will use your email address as your Username and your password will be your full first name. |
The first time you login the CVAT system will ask you to agree with the terms and conditions for use of the website. It will also ask you to change your password, we recommend changing your password to something unique you will remember. When you select your password type it in the box and click "Accept." |
 The first screen you will see after you login is the "Dashboard." The Dashboard shows you a list of all the claims you have access to. To view a claim click on either the name or claim number. |
 To return to the Dashboard at any time or to view another job, click on Dashboard near the top on the left side of the page. To logout at any time, click "Log Out." |

Along the top of the page there are seven tabs to help you navigate around the claim. Within each tab the tabs on the lower left side will change to give you more information with the header tab. 1. General = Displays all the claim file information including client information, insurance information, and loss information. 2. Scope Sheets = Provide a detailed room by room report of the structure. Including what type and condition of floor, wall and ceiling coverings are present. 3. Quote = Displays an ongoing room by room estimate of restoration based on work completed. 4. Floor Plans = Contains an uploaded document from Xactimate contining a sketch of the effected structure. 5. Documents = Contains a list of documents that have been uploaded, such as a work authroization, completion document, and Xactimate final bill. 6. Daily Grain = Displays all of the psychrometric readings taken on the job. This includes temperature, relative humidity, grain depression, and grains per pound. 7. Images / Video = Displays all of the images and video that were taken at the site. |
